DUI Offence Kills Pedestrian On Anaheim’s Katella Avenue

A judge's gavel.

On March 21, 2021, Desiree Robles passed away after a vehicle accident involving an intoxicated driver on the avenue in Anaheim. Robles was a coroner from Orange County aged 31 years.

Law enforcement personnel hit the spot around Magnolia Street at lunchtime. As per the cops, the coroner was walking beyond a crosswalk when a sports utility vehicle hit her.

The sheer impact of that collision left Robles critically injured before she died on the spot. On the other hand, the still-unnamed DUI offender remained at the scene and helped the authorities.

After investigations, they arrested the suspect for driving under the influence. As expected, they closed the area surrounding the accident scene in preliminary duties. The local authorities have encouraged people with more details about the collision to get in touch with them soon.
