One individual was killed, whereas two people were injured due to a recent wrong-way collision on the 91 Freeway in Anaheim.
Officers arrived at the accident scene at about 01:16 am, west of Spadra Road/Harbor Boulevard. Reportedly, a westbound pickup truck went the wrong way and crashed into a black-colored Mercedes Benz.
US paramedics came to the spot and confirmed one fatality then and there. Witnesses told the California Highway Patrol that a person was lying on the road with a fractured leg at the time. Besides, the Mercedes Benz driver was not conscious when the victims were taken out of the automobile.
As per an unnamed news videographer, the dead person was the one who drove the westbound pickup truck. Nevertheless, the whereabouts of all the parties in the accident are still not available.
Until about 03:44 am, authorities closed multiple 91 Freeway lanes to look into the incident.
